What you will do
- Lead and coordinate the global rollout of digital and in-store technology solutions (e.g., clienteling, smart lockers).
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Own the strategic product roadmap for smart store technology solutions, aligning with business goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for global and regional stakeholders, and manage external vendors and partners.
- Identify and mitigate risks across deployment activities, ensuring compliance, data privacy, and operational requirements.
- Analyze operational performance and market trends to recommend future product enhancements and champion new technologies.
Requirements
- Relevant bachelor degree.
- 3-5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally within retail, travel retail, or consumer-facing environments.
- Proven track record of delivering global technology deployments or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing product roadmaps or working closely with product management teams.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills in a multinational context.
- Familiarity with a wide range of retail technologies (POS, operations systems, mobile apps, in-store digital technologies).
- Detailed knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
- Experience using JIRA for project management.
- Exceptional communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
