What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain MI products with strong data visualisation principles.
• Lead and support business change initiatives, ensuring MI and data solutions adapt to changing requirements.
• Contribute to the evolving data landscape, including supporting migrations and validating new sources.
• Transform complex datasets into meaningful insights through high-quality analysis and presentation.
• Take ownership of data gathering, cleansing, and modelling activities to maintain robust reporting foundations.
• Develop scalable cloud-based MI solutions within Google Cloud Platform.
• Manage and triage ad-hoc data and insight requests from business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams, business areas, and technical partners.

Requirements

• Background in Power BI reporting and strong data visualisation capability.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, Power Query, and data modelling.
• Strong SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and transform data from multiple complex sources.
• Experience in designing dashboards and MI solutions that translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Proactive approach to identifying and promoting new analytical techniques, tools, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, able to navigate ambiguity and diagnose data issues.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple data sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Nice to have

• Experience building reporting solutions with modern cloud data architectures such as Google Cloud Platform (e.g., BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Looker Studio).
• Experience using Python.
