What you will do

• Lead the evolution of hirify.global’s Telecom data offering, including maintaining, enhancing, and integrating new sources.
• Participate in the extraction, cleaning, and transformation of large, complex datasets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Control data products through human-in-the-loop curation and validation software.
• Partner with sales, data providers, and clients to understand workflows and gather feature requests.
• Translate client insights into clear product requirements, specifications, and user stories.
• Mentor and train team members in content collection, product workflows, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience minimum, ideally within the Telecom or TMT sectors.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, Python).
• Hands-on experience preparing data for statistical and machine learning models.
• Familiarity with distributed data systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• CFA/CPA designation or capital markets experience.
