TL;DR

Senior Developer Advocate (AI): Building and nurturing a technical community for an AI orchestration platform with an accent on advocacy, support, education, and strategic partnerships. Focus on creating compelling content across multiple channels, representing community needs, and expanding the partner network.

Location: Remote across Europe. Visa sponsorship is available for Germany; for other European countries, candidates must have an existing right to work.

What you will do

Engage daily with the community, providing advocacy, support, and education.
Implement community growth plans via events, content, and social media.
Gather and share community feedback with engineering, product, and marketing teams.
Develop partner networks and co-marketing opportunities.
Lead a small team of a Junior Developer Advocate and a Support Engineer.
Monitor and adjust initiatives based on success metrics.

Requirements

5+ years in tech, with 2+ years in Developer Relations.
Experience building community across channels like Twitter, YouTube, Twitch, Discord, blogs, meetups, public speaking, and events.
Empathetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about automation, no code, and open source.
English is the company language.
