What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into technical reporting requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Perform data validation, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and ensure data accuracy across reporting layers.
• Automate recurring reporting processes using scripts or workflow tools.
• Document processes, create user guides, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics).
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Technical skills: SQL (ability to write complex queries, perform joins, etc), Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, data manipulation).
• Understanding of ETL processes and data modeling concepts.
• Ability to do a 6-months full-time (39h/week) internship and sign an agreement with a university.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms).
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms.
• Basic Python for data analysis or automation.
