This is a full-time or part-time role, remote if you’re in the European time zone, or hybrid in Cyprus.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Full recruitment cycle for international tech roles
• Candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews
• Collaboration with hiring managers and international teams
• Managing recruitment pipelines and ensuring candidate experience

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment within international tech companies
• 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 (C1+) – verbal and written
• Task-oriented, reliable, and professional
• Strong interpersonal skills – friendly, approachable, and intuitive
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate management
• Additional languages are a plus
