Salary: €27,000/year (gross) + quarterly performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Search for candidates for tech and non-tech roles, including Executive, across various sources like LinkedIn and job boards.
• Assist recruiters with scheduling interviews and following up for feedback.
• Maintain and organize the candidate database (Greenhouse) and ensure hiring teams follow guidelines.

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience at an agency or in-house recruitment.
• Good command of English.
• Self-discipline.
