What you will do
- Manage day-to-day project and continuous improvement initiatives using agreed methodologies.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular engagement and on-site meetings.
- Provide servant leadership to ensure teams work well together and clarify roles and responsibilities.
- Contribute to governance and reporting forums, offering insights to improve ways of working.
- Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues to maintain project success.
Requirements
- Some track record of planning, managing, and delivering projects within time and budget constraints.
- Demonstrable knowledge of delivery methodologies and frameworks, including user-centered design, Agile, and Lean practices.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across a wide range of sectors and organizational levels.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Comfortable in a servant leadership role, ensuring teams are cohesive and clear on their objectives.
Nice to have
- Experience in delivering change within large, complex environments using Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, or other project management platforms.
- Knowledge of trends and innovations in digital transformation and project management.
