What you will do

• Manage day-to-day project and continuous improvement initiatives using agreed methodologies.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular engagement and on-site meetings.
• Provide servant leadership to ensure teams work well together and clarify roles and responsibilities.
• Contribute to governance and reporting forums, offering insights to improve ways of working.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues to maintain project success.

Requirements

• Some track record of planning, managing, and delivering projects within time and budget constraints.
• Demonstrable knowledge of delivery methodologies and frameworks, including user-centered design, Agile, and Lean practices.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across a wide range of sectors and organizational levels.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable in a servant leadership role, ensuring teams are cohesive and clear on their objectives.

Nice to have

• Experience in delivering change within large, complex environments using Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, or other project management platforms.
• Knowledge of trends and innovations in digital transformation and project management.
