Developer Experience Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role requiring 3 days in-person in our Menlo Park, CA or Dublin, CA offices.

Salary: $122,000–$160,600

What you will do

• Lead maintenance of the hirify.global-Labs/sfquickstarts Github repository, reviewing and approving technical content pull requests.
• Architect and deploy automated CI/CD pipelines to detect issues and verify instructions for end-users.
• Host and produce technical livestreams focused on deep-dive product demos to drive awareness.
• Leverage AI tools and coding assistants to automate processes.
• Curate and manage technical content for developer events based on developer persona needs.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years working with developer or open source communities.
• Experience with GitHub, CI/CD workflows, and repository management at scale.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Community, and Developer Relations.
• Expertise in executing strategy for multiple products and platforms, including kickstarting 0 to 1 efforts.
• English: B2+ required.

Nice to have

• Prior experience writing code sample projects, demos, or tutorials in Python and SQL.
• Experience working with open source projects.
