What you will do
- Lead solution design and configuration for Workday HCM modules and other HR systems.
- Design and optimize business processes using Workday’s Business Process Framework.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of Workday enhancements and new functionality.
- Integrate Workday Skills Cloud and AI-driven features to enhance HR efficiency.
- Manage cross-functional HRIS projects and maintain the HRIS Roadmap.
- Partner with HR leadership and regional HR teams to translate strategic goals into system capabilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience, including Absence and Time Management.
- Proven track record in business process design, global deployments, and integrations.
- Deep knowledge of Workday modules: Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation.
- Strong understanding of Workday security, reporting, and calculated fields.
- Ability to lead complex HRIS programs and manage multiple stakeholders across regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Workday HCM and/or Integration certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements Globally for HR processes.
- Ability to mentor HRIS analysts and lead cross-functional teams.
