What you will do

• Lead solution design and configuration for Workday HCM modules and other HR systems.
• Design and optimize business processes using Workday’s Business Process Framework.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of Workday enhancements and new functionality.
• Integrate Workday Skills Cloud and AI-driven features to enhance HR efficiency.
• Manage cross-functional HRIS projects and maintain the HRIS Roadmap.
• Partner with HR leadership and regional HR teams to translate strategic goals into system capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience, including Absence and Time Management.
• Proven track record in business process design, global deployments, and integrations.
• Deep knowledge of Workday modules: Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation.
• Strong understanding of Workday security, reporting, and calculated fields.
• Ability to lead complex HRIS programs and manage multiple stakeholders across regions.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Workday HCM and/or Integration certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements Globally for HR processes.
• Ability to mentor HRIS analysts and lead cross-functional teams.
