What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of account managers, setting targets for new advertiser acquisition, deposits, and lost base reactivation.
- Develop and execute advertiser acquisition strategies, optimizing inbound lead processing and segmenting advertisers by vertical and growth potential.
- Design and implement reactivation strategies for inactive advertisers, relaunching partners with tailored offers.
- Track key metrics like conversion to deposit, average deposit value, retention rate, and reactivation rate to optimize sales funnel performance.
Requirements
- Experience in acquiring direct advertisers and a strong understanding of CPA, CPC, and CPM models.
- Knowledge of core performance metrics, experience building and managing a sales funnel.
- Experience working with both inbound and outbound leads, with confident CRM management skills.
- Ability to forecast sales and performance with proven team leadership experience.
- Experience hiring and onboarding employees.
