Location: Remote from any part of the world, with optional hybrid or onsite work available in offices located in Prague and Warsaw.

What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment of media buyers for Search Arbitrage and LeadGen verticals.
• Proactively source and headhunt candidates via industry-specific chats, communities, Telegram, and LinkedIn.
• Leverage and expand your existing media buying network to attract talent.
• Conduct in-depth evaluations of candidates’ expertise, including ROI, EPC, CR, and scaling strategies.
• Develop a strong talent pipeline to support team scaling and optimize the hiring funnel.
• Manage onboarding of new hires, support performance review processes, and contribute to motivation systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in the affiliate/performance marketing industry.
• Proven experience hiring media buyers is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Search Arbitrage and LeadGen verticals.
• Deep knowledge of media buying and ability to speak the buyer’s language.
• Experience attending relevant industry conferences (offline and online).
• Ability to quickly identify and attract top-tier candidates.
