What you will do
- Be the first point of contact for employee queries/tickets in your region and as part of the HR team globally.
- Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle operations, including pre-onboarding, onboarding, people services desk, and off-boarding processes.
- Manage internal tools, such as time and attendance.
- Prepare HR documentation and maintain HR records.
- Implement important HR projects and policies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist, administrator, or partner role.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience being the face of HR, representing policies and practices to managers and employees across the organisation.
- Experience in a service role, working to SLAs and other measurable performance metrics.
- Expertise in administering HR operations using automated tools (via Jira service desk, HRIS, etc.).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
- A great understanding of employment law and local HR practices.
