What you will do
- Support new product launches by crafting persuasive customer-facing messaging and collateral.
- Create and maintain high-impact marketing assets, including one-pagers, presentations, and videos.
- Develop user-friendly knowledge base and Academy articles for feature functionality and usage.
- Generate segmented in-product messages and emails to increase awareness and adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to shape product communication based on customer feedback and market needs.
- Establish clear KPIs and regularly report on performance to optimize campaigns and inform future initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Marketing role, preferably at a B2B SaaS company.
- Native English speaker.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline.
- Stellar writing skills, with the ability to distill complex, technical concepts into concise, jargon-free language.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while effectively prioritizing and managing time in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort and proficiency using generative AI tools to enhance productivity across writing, research, analysis, and content development.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline.
- Experience using Figma, Skilljar, Hubspot, Salesforce, Highspot, Appcues, and Gemini.
- Experience working with global, distributed teams.
