Location: San Francisco, CA. This is a hybrid role requiring Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in-office attendance. The program includes an in-person June, remote July, and hybrid/in-person August.

What you will do

• Identify manual friction points in the creative lifecycle and build automated logic using low-code tools and LLMs.
• Coordinate the creative intake queue, auditing incoming briefs for completeness and tracking project data.
• Provide real-time project updates to cross-functional partners and facilitate smooth asset flow.
• Maintain a "Live Playbook" of AI-driven experiments and workflow improvements.
• Deliver a formal presentation and SOP on how the Creative Team can save 10%+ of their time using AI workflows.

Requirements

• Final year or recent graduate in a Bachelor’s program (Business, Communications, Design Management, or related field).
• A "systems thinker" with strong organizational skills.
• An AI native comfortable with using AI tools to optimize workflows and automate tasks.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with designers, marketers, and executives.
• Adaptable and self-motivated, especially during remote work periods.
