Finance & Strategy Lead (Fintech)

TL;DR

Finance & Strategy Lead (Fintech): Driving analytical decision-making to support company growth and partnering with various departments to drive business execution. Focus on defining unit economics, optimizing go-to-market strategy, and building forecasting models with AI-driven FP&A tools.

Location: Must work onsite 4 days a week from one of our offices (San Francisco, New York, or Denver) and 1 day working remotely.

Salary: $200,000 - $240,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead revenue forecasting and drive the narrative for board meetings and investor relations.
• Deep dive into gross margins and define CAC/LTV by customer segment.
• Partner with Sales and Product to iterate on pricing models.
• Conduct rigorous analysis on TAM, new product opportunities, partnerships, and M&A.
• Implement and leverage AI-driven FP&A tools to automate variance analysis and rolling forecasts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of finance experience (strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, and buy-side investing), including experience owning forecasting and analytical decision making at a high growth company.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable using SQL to pull own data.
• Ability to translate dense financial data into a compelling story for non-finance stakeholders.
• The ability to build templates and systems to make our financial planning process faster and more accurate.
