What you will do

• Define hirify.global’s social strategy across LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels.
• Own the social calendar, ensuring alignment with launches, campaigns, and milestones.
• Drive social content creation, concepting and producing video-led formats.
• Craft clear, sharp, and brand-aligned copy across all platforms.
• Engage with the online community and participate in AI discourse.
• Partner with influential voices to tell the hirify.global story.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years experience building social for a high-growth brand, ideally in B2B.
• Understand the nuances of LinkedIn, X, and Meta intuitively.
• Exceptional copywriter who believes B2B copy doesn't have to be boring.
• Keen eye for detail and "no-typos-ever" mentality.
• Tech-forward and fascinated by AI.
• Comfortable managing cross-functional stakeholders and complex content calendars
• Experience with social media management tools (ex. Sprout Social)

Nice to have

• Prior experience supporting developer, research, or technical communities through social programs
• Familiarity with startup or high-growth company environments
• Experience developing educational or marketing content for developers
