TL;DR

Location: Onsite in San Jose, California, USA

Salary: $32.00–$43.00 hourly (USD)

What you will do

  • Assist sales representatives with prospecting, lead qualification, and account research.
  • Prepare sales collateral, presentations, and proposals for client meetings.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities and generate performance reports.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support the coordination of sales campaigns and follow-up activities.
  • Participate in team meetings, sales trainings, and strategy sessions.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone and email presence.
  • Innate curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a strong desire to learn about sales and technology.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced team environment.

Nice to have

  • Previous internship, work, or extracurricular experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, SaaS, or hardware solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
