Legal Intern: Assisting the Legal team with commercial transactions, AI, privacy, and security matters, with an accent on legal research, document drafting, and maintaining legal systems. Focus on supporting attorneys, developing best practices, and ensuring data quality within legal systems.

What you will do

• Conduct basic legal research.
• Assist with maintaining repositories of legal responses and creating legal resources.
• Draft routine letters and other legal correspondence.
• Assist with developing best practice policies, commercial contracting playbooks, and automation.
• Monitor and maintain data quality within Legal systems, including contract management and procure-to-pay systems.
• Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks, including managing contract files and templates.
• Assist attorneys and other teams with ad hoc research and projects.

Requirements

• College student with an interest in law.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Team player; works efficiently and can be flexible.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DocuSign.
