What you will do

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager leading technical teams.
• Strong background delivering Machine Learning and AI-powered products.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing engineering teams.
• Track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and to a high standard.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in the UK.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Background in hands-on software engineering or technical architecture.
