- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new engineers and support their professional development.
- Provide technical leadership, guiding technical decision-making and project management.
- Foster cross-team collaboration and ensure seamless communication across the organization.
- Actively contribute to strategic discussions and align engineering efforts with company objectives.
- Continuously improve team processes and engage in punctual individual technical contributions.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in Software Engineering, with at least 1 year in a management position.
- Strong experience or growth in a top-tier company/project, entrepreneurial background, or top-tier academic background.
- Extensive experience in software architecture and design, with a deep understanding of complex systems.
- Possess a builder’s mindset, focusing on impact and end-to-end problem-solving.
- Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Fast learner, problem solver, and strong communicator with a team player mentality.
