What you will do

• Define and shape the company’s overall technology strategy, roadmap, and standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering leads and their teams.
• Provide strategic oversight and technical governance for client projects.
• Act as a senior technical expert in new business pitches and client relationships.
• Drive innovation by championing emerging technologies and engineering practices.
• Manage team structure and resource allocation for project delivery.

Requirements

• Applied AI experience in personal or professional projects.
• Experience embedding AI into engineering workflows or client solutions.
• Experience operating in a consultancy or multi-client/project environment.
• Comfortable pitching, estimating, and leading multiple concurrent work streams or projects.
• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role within a digital product or consultancy environment.
• Strong background in software engineering and system architecture.
• Experience in a client-facing role, with excellent communication skills.
• Deep understanding of modern cloud platforms, Agile methodologies, and DevOps principles.
