What you will do
- Create and identify key marketing strategies to drive interest and capture new customers across various paid channels (Paid Partnerships, Out of Home, Display, Programmatic, Paid Social).
- Own content consolidation across all media channels to ensure cohesiveness.
- Manage the paid social Associate Manager to ensure seamless execution of paid social campaigns.
- Partner with CMI to deeply understand consumer behavior and ground business decisions in insights.
- Provide clear strategic marketing direction to agencies and other key stakeholders, supporting brand goals and KPIs.
- Steward integrated marketing processes from concept, launch, iteration, and optimization.
- Manage global collaboration for campaigns with regional marketing counterparts.
- Confidently present to marketing, cross-functional, and product leadership teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience developing and driving insight-fueled marketing strategies and plans at an agency or consumer brand.
- Experience managing creative, complex, and multi-channel campaigns (advertising, communication, content, social, events, product education).
- Well-versed in various marketing channels with a basic understanding of channel function and formats.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Deep experience in media planning, including all digital media and social channels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
