Customer Success Consultant (EdTech SaaS): Drive partner onboarding, adoption, and renewals while expanding business in assigned regions with an accent on consultative selling, usage-trend analysis, and Salesforce CRM pipeline management. Focus on building go-to-market strategies, delivering training and knowledge resources for educators and leaders, and leading cross-functional collaboration to increase retention and identify new billable services.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand business within assigned regions, including prospecting, cold calling, networking, and event outreach.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP responses, and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce CRM.
  • Own partner onboarding and implementation to ensure successful rollout and adoption, including periodic check-ins and goal reviews.
  • Oversee renewals and payment processes in collaboration with the Renewal team.
  • Analyze usage trends and lead cross-functional efforts to increase adoption, retention, and partner outcomes.
  • Deliver training sessions and webinars and create knowledge resources; represent the product line on the Operations Council and collaborate with marketing and product on partner-focused campaigns and services.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven success in EdTech SaaS sales and/or customer success.
  • Strong consultative, solution-based selling and relationship management skills focused on account growth.
  • Ability to deliver training and communicate effectively with educators and leaders.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
