What you will do

• Develop and execute category strategies leveraging market insights and AI-driven analytics.
• Conduct in-depth spend analysis and market research using AI tools.
• Manage the full category lifecycle, including supplier selection, RFx, and contract negotiation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact and strategic advisor for business partners.
• Lead and support negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and terms.
• Actively leverage AI for understanding spend, supplier performance, risk monitoring, and contract intelligence.

Requirements

• Bachelors / Post Graduation required.
• Minimum three to five years’ experience in Strategic Sourcing and Category Management, with a preference in corporate services sourcing.
• Experience with Sourcing procure-to-pay tools (Ariba, Fieldglass, PMweb).
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
