What you will do

• Manage full lifecycle vacancies with a primary focus on analytics and technology roles within BCG X.
• Lead campus recruiting activities, including coordinating and executing events from application screening to content planning.
• Develop and execute recruitment campaigns for volume hiring needs and brand building.
• Identify and source high-quality active and passive candidates via direct channels, job postings, social media, and networking.
• Manage candidates throughout the interview process, from prepping to final offer, providing competency-based assessments.
• Coordinate the internship program, from recruiting to performance reviews, and build talent pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with high academic achievement.
• Up to 2-3 years of work experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and improvisation talent to perform in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong interest and first experience in campus recruiting and event management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interact effectively with key recruitment stakeholders and other teams.
• Fluent in German and English.
