TL;DR
Talent Sourcer (HR): Identifying, engaging, and nurturing top-of-funnel talent for mid-to-senior level openings with an accent on building diverse, strategic pipelines. Focus on improving response rates and conversion of highly passive talent through data experimentation and targeted outreach.
Location: Must be based in Berlin
Salary: €55K – €65K

What you will do
- Identify experienced talent across corporate, Go-To-Market, and technical roles through strategic sourcing on LinkedIn, job boards, and niche communities.
- Build and nurture diverse, evergreen talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Craft compelling and personalized outreach messages to spark candidate interest among passive, seasoned professionals.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and detailed sourcing intelligence in the ATS (Ashby) and other sourcing tools.
- Experiment with sourcing tactics, channels, and messaging to improve response rates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, with a proven track record of finding and engaging experienced passive talent.
- Strong generalist background, successfully sourcing across multiple functions (e.g., Tech, Finance, Marketing, Operations).
- Mastery of Boolean strings, LinkedIn Recruiter tricks, and niche search strategies.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- A curious, persistent, analytical, and creative approach to talent mapping and market research.
