What you will do

• Strategically source experienced talent across multiple functions using LinkedIn, job boards, and niche communities.
• Build and nurture diverse, evergreen talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Create personalized outreach messages to engage passive, seasoned professionals.
• Focus on mid-to-senior level talent primarily in the Berlin market and support international expansion.
• Experiment with sourcing tactics and channels to improve response and conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and sourcing intelligence in ATS and other tools.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years experience in talent sourcing for mid-to-lead level roles.
• Generalist sourcing experience across Tech, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
• Proficiency with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche sourcing strategies.
• Strong written English communication skills for persuasive messaging.
• Curious, persistent, analytical, and creative approach to talent mapping and market research.
• Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany for on-site work.
