Project & ERP Consultant (AI, SaaS): Leading end-to-end implementations of Native-AI-powered ERP automation products with an accent on reimagining processes and maximizing automation rates. Focus on designing scalable, tailored solutions and collaborating with engineering for successful system integration.

Location: Hybrid in Germany, Onsite in Cologne/Munich, or Remote from Austria. After a minimum one-month onboarding at HQ in Zurich, the role will be based remotely from Germany or Austria. Monthly visits to Zurich are encouraged and financially supported.

What you will do

• Own the implementation journey from understanding client requirements to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Design scalable, tailored solutions that align with customer workflows and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to tackle technical challenges and ensure successful system integration.
• Be the client’s trusted partner, anticipating needs and ensuring they realize full automation potential.
• Work with sales to design tailored implementation plans and drive product adoption.
• Translate customer feedback into long-term improvements for the platform.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate business needs into technical action.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP environments or cutting-edge AI-driven SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows.
