What you will do
- Develop and implement change strategies in transformation projects, ideally in the context of SAP.
- Conceive, build, and roll out Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., SAP EnableNow, WalkMe, Whatfix, Userlane), including creation of in-app assets.
- Manage end-to-end enablement, including segmentation, versioning, localization, testing, go-live, and adoption KPIs.
- Implement and operate Learning Management Systems (LMS/LXP), covering SCORM/xAPI packaging, course structuring, assignments, assessments, and reporting.
- Design AI-driven learning solutions and personalized enablement concepts.
- Execute stakeholder analyses, targeted communication initiatives, and trainings, collaborating closely with HR development, IT, and business units.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Organizational Change Management in technology/ERP-driven projects, ideally SAP.
- Proven hands-on production in a Digital Adoption Platform with productive in-app assets.
- At least one end-to-end DAP rollout, including segmentation, versioning, localization, and adoption KPIs.
- Practical experience in LMS/LXP publishing, including SCORM/xAPI packaging, assignments, assessments, and reporting.
- Familiarity with change methodologies (ADKAR/Prosci/Kotter) and instructional design.
- Excellent German and English language skills, with an affinity for AI-driven learning and UX/accessibility (WCAG).
