Technical Account Manager (Data Resilience)

What you will do

• Provide input for proposals and Statements of Work.
• Support delivery of implementation and consulting services to meet hirify.global solution design.
• Provide overall project guidance, including plans, schedules, and communication.
• Assist with assessment and design of solutions as well as post-installation issues.
• Create technical documentation, such as white papers, solutions guides, and best practices.
• Analyze installed environments and guide optimal hirify.global configurations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology or a combination of education and experience.
• Business proficient in German and English.
• Proven Consulting and Project Management experience (Prince 2, ITIL, PMP, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with Veeam’s Core products.
• Significant experience with virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V.
• Extensive experience with Data Center, Business Continuity, Operating Systems, Data Management, Data Protection, and Data Analytics.
