Quantitative Business Analyst

TL;DR

Quantitative Business Analyst (Finance/Data): Automating financial processes and transforming data into business value for an e-commerce shipping solution with an accent on carrier invoice control, pricing, and process improvements. Focus on driving sustainable growth, making business and financial decisions, and proactively identifying improvements through advanced analytics.

Location: Hybrid in Eindhoven, Netherlands (at least 3 times per week in HQ). Must be living in The Netherlands.

Salary: €3,300 – €4,500 gross per month

What you will do

• Automate financial processes using Python.
• Continuously improve and professionalize financial processes, including implementing agents for code development.
• Analyze carrier business performance and follow up proactively.
• Execute ad hoc business analysis.
• Help make key business and financial decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative study.
• 0-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience with programming and/or database querying (Python, SQL).
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
• Proactive, pragmatic, and a team player.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English.
• Must be living in The Netherlands.
