Business Intelligence Analyst

Business Intelligence Analyst: Supporting the Sales organization by providing reliable data, meaningful insights, and scalable analytics solutions with an accent on defining analytical requirements, metrics, and KPIs. Focus on developing and maintaining dashboards, analyzing revenue streams for forecasting, and collaborating with data engineers on infrastructure.

Location: Remote (Europe). Offices are available in Amsterdam, Belgrade, Limassol, Paphos, and Prague.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales stakeholders to define analytical requirements, metrics, and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for actionable insights.
• Analyze revenue streams and contribute to forecasting efforts.
• Perform exploratory and ad hoc analyses to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data marts and ETL pipelines.
• Monitor data quality, document analytics assets, and promote self-service analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a BI, data analysis, or similar analytical role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Python, R, or another relevant programming language.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or DataLens.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts, relational databases, and data processing workflows.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Sales, Marketing, or B2B environments.
• Hands-on experience building ETL pipelines and preparing datasets.
• Experience working with dbt or similar data transformation tools.
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality practices.
