What you will do
- Analyze key product metrics and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define requirements and functionalities, ensuring proper documentation.
- Develop use cases, functional flows, and acceptance criteria for new features.
- Participate in discovery sessions and requirements gathering with stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance, detect deviations, and propose improvement actions, particularly for QR and recurring payments.
- Conduct market benchmarks to identify product evolution opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems, Business Administration, or related fields (advanced student or graduate).
- 2+ years of experience in functional analysis, product, or similar roles within digital environments, fintech, or banking.
- Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
- English: Intermediate proficiency (reading and understanding technical documentation).
- Technical knowledge in Advanced Excel, Basic SQL, and analytics/tracking tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Power BI).
