What you will do

  • Own and iterate on ABM, outbound, and inbound activation workflows, utilizing tools like HubSpot, Dripify, and LinkedIn automation.
  • Proactively identify and pursue early-stage sales opportunities through market signals, intent data, and industry events.
  • Lead initial discovery calls and qualify opportunities before handing to Account Executives.
  • Ensure proper prioritization, enrichment, and timely handover of accounts and contacts to Sales.
  • Track and report on activation performance across the marketing-to-sales funnel.
  • Utilize and contribute to hirify.global's GenAI Hub, experimenting with tools like Claude Code and MCP servers to automate and improve GTM processes.

Requirements

  • Technically curious, eager to learn new tools and build workflows.
  • Commercially driven, focused on pipeline, revenue, and new business.
  • Genuinely excited by GenAI and actively wanting to build with it (experience with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar is a strong signal).
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable working across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and RevOps.
  • Organised and data-literate, able to track performance and iterate quickly.
  • Desire for real ownership and progression into senior commercial, operations, or growth roles.
  • Must be based in London, United Kingdom.

Nice to have

  • Experience with GTM or marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo, Dripify).
  • Exposure to ABM, outbound, or demand generation in a B2B context.
  • Any experience building with AI tools (personal projects, automations, scripts).
  • Internship or early experience in growth, operations, or sales.
