TL;DR

Working Student Audience Strategy & Activation (Marketing/Data): Supporting the evolution of decision-led, reusable audience building blocks across multiple marketing channels with an accent on data-driven frameworks and scalable activation. Focus on creating reusable audience logic, analyzing performance, and maintaining governance rules for cross-channel user experiences.

Location: Hybrid working, spending 60% of your time in the office and 40% at home. Offices are in Munich, Madrid, Krakow, Wroclaw, London and Vienna.

What you will do

  • Support creation of reusable audience logic (e.g., lifecycle segments, category propensities, brand affinities, churn risk groups).
  • Assist in preparing audience exports, QA checks, and documenting audience definitions and governance rules.
  • Support activation across CRM, paid, onsite, and app platforms.
  • Help analyze audience performance and activation results using SQL-based outputs.
  • Identify data gaps or manual bottlenecks and support automation initiatives.
  • Maintain audience documentation in Jira and ensure clean handover between stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Economics, or similar fields.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in Excel and independent SQL querying skills.
  • Interest in CRM, CDPs, and marketing technology stack.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach.
  • Curiosity about how marketing and activation work at scale.

Nice to have

  • Experience with data layers, data products, CRM and CDP tools (e.g., Braze, Tealium, Salesforce or similar).
  • Exposure to segmentation or A/B testing.
