- Conduct performance assessments and guide career development for team members.

Requirements
- Experience in delivering Java 17 (or other JVM language) based software solutions using frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, Kotlin.
- Proficiency with test suites like Junit, Mockito, and Wiremock.
- Experience and familiarity with Public Cloud platforms such as Azure.
- Strong knowledge of software and architectural design patterns.
- Comfortable with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, IaaC, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing software development teams of 6-8 people.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
