What you will do
- Manage a defined customer portfolio and drive its development.
- Build long-lasting, trusted relationships with customers and partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal advisors to deliver optimal solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the sales process.
- Maintain deep knowledge of hirify.global's offerings, go-to-market strategy, and customer needs.
Requirements
- Fluent Polish (C1) and solid English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Proven sales experience within the Enterprise Software Ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Strong network and relevant experience in Software & Cloud services, with software licensing and services sales experience.
- Documented track record of consistently exceeding quotas.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, capable of engaging technical teams to CXO level, and experience in multi-level selling.
