What you will do

  • Manage a defined customer portfolio and drive its development.
  • Build long-lasting, trusted relationships with customers and partners.
  • Collaborate closely with internal advisors to deliver optimal solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support the sales process.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of hirify.global's offerings, go-to-market strategy, and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Fluent Polish (C1) and solid English communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Proven sales experience within the Enterprise Software Ecosystem.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • Strong network and relevant experience in Software & Cloud services, with software licensing and services sales experience.
  • Documented track record of consistently exceeding quotas.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities, capable of engaging technical teams to CXO level, and experience in multi-level selling.
