What you will do

• Drive the design and implementation of complex features and system components.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and evaluate technical trade-offs.
• Ensure high quality, scalability, stability, and observability of delivered solutions.
• Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and technical debt.
• Collaborate closely with Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers.
• Support knowledge sharing and promote engineering best practices, contributing to AI-driven initiatives.

Requirements

• Min. 4 years of experience with Java (with Kotlin experience).
• Basic experience and strong interest in AI-driven solutions, specifically LLM integration and Agentic Systems/Frameworks.
• Ability to design and implement complex features and system components.
• Strong ownership of delivered solutions (code quality, stability, scalability, observability).
• Experience making architectural decisions and evaluating technical trade-offs.
• Ability to identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and technical debt.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Cloud environments (GCP preferred) and Kubernetes.
• Experience working in large-scale, distributed systems.
• Cross-team collaboration experience in complex organizational environments.
• Experience providing technical consultancy and knowledge sharing.
