Ruby on Rails Developer (Healthcare)

💊 We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer (Healthcare).

Over the past 15 years, our company has delivered over 350 software projects. Our main focus - Healthcare, IoMT, and Biotech in the USA. The main part of the team is based in Poland.

Check-list of equirements:
✔️ 5+ years of experience with Ruby / Ruby on Rails
✔️ Experience designing backend architecture
✔️ Understanding of secure coding principles
✔️ Experience with deployment (Docker / CI/CD)
✔️ English B2+ (for active daily communication)

Nice to have:
Healthcare experience
Experience with integrations (including EHR/EMR)
Familiarity with HIPAA / SOC2 / GDPR
Experience with high-load systems

Responsibilities:
Proactive communication with the team of the product
Contribute to backend architecture
Work on integrations and data flows
Participate in technical and security decisions
Collaborate in an international team

Key details:
⁃ Remote
