Location: Hybrid work model, with recommended 2 days in the office. Offices are located in Vilnius, Kaunas, Amsterdam, and Berlin.

Salary: €1950 - €2633 gross per month.

What you will do

• Deliver IT support to internal colleagues as part of a broader, international IT Support team.
• Make an impact on IT systems by contributing to software and hardware initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for improvements and take responsibility for their implementation.
• Look after hirify.global’s IT infrastructure and collaborate across teams to provide the best service.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Strong willingness to learn, master new technologies, and grasp new concepts.
• Practical experience administering different operating systems (primarily macOS) and hardware.
• Ability to look for root causes and propose improvements that prevent issues from recurring.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in IT Admin/Customer Support.
• Understanding of ITIL.
