BCIC Swiss GmBH is Hiring Now | IT Support Specialist (Schedule visit weekly 2 days, On-site) – Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Germany
BCIC Swiss GmBH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our growing team.
📍 Location: Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Germany
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Provide troubleshooting support to end users
• Handle basic troubleshooting of end-user devices (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.)
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, macOS, and Microsoft Office
• Support authorized desktop applications such as Cisco Jabber
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date ticket documentation for all incidents
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV issues when required
• Work effectively in a project-based environment, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
• Perform other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Valid work permit in Germany
• English – mandatory
• German language proficiency – minimum B2 level
💰 Salary: Negotiable
