Salary: 2500 EUR gross monthly

What you will do

• Perform real-time monitoring of systems for software/hardware errors, failures, and capacity issues.
• Investigate, diagnose, and escalate technical issues to senior associates.
• Follow procedures for startup, shutdown, and recovery of core systems.
• Supervise batch processes and get involved in resolution when needed.
• Address order entry and market data connectivity issues with clients, exchanges, and network providers.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related IT experience.
• Experience in System administration, Network, or Application operations.
• Drive to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, goal-oriented environment.
• Strong communicative ability in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must have no previous unspent convictions for criminal offences under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
