What you will do

• Lead the data analytics activity, gathering needs from various teams and proposing tailored analytical solutions and visualizations.
• Define and manage the data analytics roadmap according to studio priorities and business needs.
• Oversee the production of relevant and actionable analysis for different stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure data relevance and optimize data flows.
• Manage and mentor team members, supporting their growth and promoting best practices.
• Promote a strong data-driven culture across the studio and train operating teams on data tools.

Requirements

• Proficient in SQL and Python (Mandatory)
• Experience with any Data Visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) (Mandatory)
• Previous experience as a Data Analyst in the video game industry (Mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills in English and French (Mandatory)
• Ability to conduct analysis and present insights to clients and top management.
• Autonomous and proactive, with a doer mindset and strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Cloud experience (ideally Azure).
• Experience in Machine Learning.
• Experience in Big Data.
• Open to new approaches and sharing ideas.
