What you will do

• Own parts or all of the API platform and use-case roadmap.
• Define and evolve API endpoints, webhooks, error models, and data contracts.
• Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers on API design, authentication, and idempotency.
• Translate business and partner needs into clear product requirements, driving delivery from discovery through launch.
• Partner with Payments, FX, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams.
• Collaborate with the DevEx team on documentation, sandbox, testing environments, and observability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience (5+ years for Senior L4).
• Strong experience working on API-first or platform products.
• Comfortable reading and discussing technical designs and trade-offs.
• Experience defining APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must work from hirify.global's Málaga office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Fintech, payments, FX, or financial infrastructure experience.
• Experience with REST APIs (GraphQL a plus), OAuth 2.0, API keys, and authentication models.
• Experience with event-driven systems and webhooks.
• Experience working with external developers or partners.
