Director, Product Management (SaaS)

TL;DR

Director, Product Management (SaaS): Overseeing the development and management of the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with overall business goals with an accent on product vision and strategy, management of the product roadmap, and the delivery of the product Map. Focus on guiding the product throughout its lifecycle, from conception to market, and ensuring ongoing improvement and alignment with customer needs and business objectives.

Location: Hybrid in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Able to travel as needed (around 20%) throughout Pacific region.

What you will do

• Define the overall product vision and direction, ensuring it aligns with hirify.global’s and Pathway's strategic direction and objectives.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, outlining what will be delivered and when.
• Lead the product team, including Pathway Product Manager, Solution Consultants, R&D Manager and Business Analysts.
• Prioritise new features and initiatives, making trade-offs to maximise the commercial realities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Services, to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• Measure the success of products based on customer satisfaction surveys and statistical analysis of software defect and make improvements.

Requirements

• Local Government industry knowledge and experience.
• Line management experience of 5 or more employees.
• years’ experience as a Product Direct and/or Product Manager or R&D Director.
• Experience with SaaS products, in particular hirify.global Pathway and/or hirify.globalOS.
• Proven ability to communicate ideas effectively is required.
