What you will do

  • Own Juniper’s conversion and retention strategy, leading the roadmap across key touchpoints.
  • Lead the Product Growth function, building and developing a high-performing team.
  • Deeply understand the patient mindset, translating insight into high-impact initiatives.
  • Build high-performing digital journeys, partnering with Engineering and Growth.
  • Drive disciplined experimentation and prioritization, establishing testing frameworks.
  • Be accountable for performance outcomes, owning conversion, retention, and LTV metrics.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience across product growth, CRO, retention, or experimentation.
  • Experience owning both conversion and retention metrics at scale.
  • A sharp instinct for UX, copy, and behavioral psychology.
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort owning core commercial metrics.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Clear, structured communication with senior stakeholders.
  • High standards for craft, clarity, and execution.
