What you will do

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for AI and Generative AI products.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify problems, validate use cases, and define outcome-based requirements.
• Create, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment to business value and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with data science pods to plan increments and ensure timely delivery of product increments.
• Define and track product KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization to guide prioritization and investment decisions.
• Ensure features meet definition of done, responsible AI standards, security, and compliance requirements prior to release.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Working knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts sufficient to make informed product trade-off decisions.
• Ability to interpret analytics, experiments, and model performance metrics to guide prioritization and roadmap decisions.
• Experience working in Agile teams with hands-on ownership of product backlogs and sprint planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative solutions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Mining Industry and Mining related software.
• Experience with prompt engineering.
