GTM Readiness Lead (AI): Building foundational processes and programs to enable the Go To Market team to leverage and deploy AI products across businesses, with an accent on accelerating onboarding of new hires and supporting customer-facing roles. Focus on elevating knowledge and skills of technical team members and building internal/external collateral to accelerate customer and organizational success.

Location: Based in Sydney, Australia. We offer relocation assistance to new employees.

What you will do

• Define the regional sales enablement strategy by identifying obstacles and prioritizing initiatives to support GTM teams.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Adoption, and Deployment teams to build internal and external collateral.
• Manage and automate information and collateral needed by GTM team members to be effective.
• Manage the regional Sales and Technical Success training calendar and run trainings for new process roll-outs and product launches.

Requirements

• Experience building programs and initiatives to enable rapidly scaling GTM teams.
• Exceptional project management skills, with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Outstanding communication skills and executive presence, with experience presenting in front of large audiences.
• A combination of technical depth and strategic thinking; and enjoy translating day-to-day patterns into scalable solutions.
• An understanding of the AI landscape, our applications, and the problems they solve for our customers.
• The ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously.
