What you will do

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies for Investments and Distribution businesses aligned with firm priorities.
• Partner with Executive Leadership Team to deliver business-aligned communications.
• Lead end-to-end internal content strategy using data and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Drive communications for organizational change initiatives and monitor effectiveness.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and advise senior leaders on narratives and alignment.
• Lead, mentor, and manage communication professionals, leveraging AI and metrics to demonstrate impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications or related field.
• 10–15 years of internal communications experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Asset management industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans.
• Experience leveraging GenAI for efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong project management, and stakeholder relationship building.
