TL;DR

Senior Customer Enablement & Training Manager (SaaS): Lead and design customer training programs to drive rapid adoption and mastery of a compliance SaaS platform with an accent on adult learning principles and outcome-driven education. Location: Remote in certain US states with preference for candidates within 25 miles of Denver, CO

Salary: $150,000–$185,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead high-impact customer training engagements during onboarding and lifecycle to ensure rapid time-to-value and sustained adoption.
• Design and evolve outcome-driven learning programs based on adult learning principles for customers and internal teams.
• Deliver interactive live and virtual sessions including paid training packages, workshops, and webinars.
• Translate complex product functionality into tailored learning journeys for different roles and expertise levels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams to align training with business goals.
• Analyze feedback and adoption metrics to continuously improve curriculum and enablement effectiveness.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work remotely from specified US states excluding New York metro, Seattle metro, and Bay Area
• Must not require work visa now or in the future
• 7+ years experience in customer training, enablement, or success with SaaS or technology platforms preferred.
• Experience delivering live virtual and in-person training sessions and designing training programs.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 15% to customer sites or headquarters.

Nice to have

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Instructional design experience
• Certification in adult learning or training methodologies
