TL;DR

Customer Enablement & Trainer (SaaS): Designing and delivering impactful learning experiences to drive product adoption, internal readiness, and long-term customer success with an accent on customer onboarding and implementation. Focus on tailoring training to customer needs and aligning with cross-functional teams to improve curriculum effectiveness.

Location: This is a hybrid position and is open to candidates living within 25 miles of our office in RiNo, Denver. Candidates for this role will work on our hybrid schedule Tu, Wed., Th. in office, and M, F work from home. Other states we're able to consider candidates in are CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MO, NC, NY, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WA. We are not able to consider candidates who require a work visa now or in the future. We are not hiring or able to consider candidates in New York metro, Seattle metro, or the Bay Area.

Salary: $150-180K base salary

What you will do

  • Lead structured training engagements during customer onboarding and implementation to accelerate time-to-value and drive confident product adoption.
  • Design and deliver live and virtual customer education programs, including feature releases, advanced workshops, and best practice sessions.
  • Own the execution and quality of paid training packages, ensuring high customer satisfaction and measurable impact.
  • Deliver internal product education to Customer Success, Support, and Implementation teams to ensure consistent product fluency and customer messaging.
  • Translate customer training insights into actionable feedback that informs product development and go-to-market refinement.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in customer training, enablement, implementation, or customer success
  • Experience delivering live virtual and in-person training sessions
  • Background in SaaS or technology platforms preferred
  • Experience facilitating webinars and group learning environments
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Must be able to travel XX to customer sites or main headquarters (if remote)

Nice to have

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Instructional design experience
  • Certification in adult learning or training methodologies
